The Rupp incident raised concerns about prior actions. Members (I won't specify names) began talking about Giddens, how his ratings by the end of the season seemed larger than they remember.
So I talked to Jem. He sent me his last save file, the exact one he sent to you. This save file was at the 1st day of the season, after training camp has been simmed. Since that time, the 120 day schedule has been simmed, the playoffs have been simmed, the player re-signing period has been simmed, and the season has ended, leaving us currently at the draft.
No training camps have been simmed. Training camps are the only time player attributes can change. No ifs, ands or buts. The program will never change a players attributes at any other point.
So, looking at JR Giddens:
JR Giddens ratings at day 1 of the season: J.R. Giddens SG 22 6'6'' 200 A- C+ C- B+ C- A His ratings by the end of the season: J.R. Giddens SG 23 6'6'' 200 A B C A- C A
That's +1 inside, +2 outside, +1 handles, +1 defense, +1 rebounding. that his stats have changed since the season began and player attributes have remained the same.
Just to make sure I wasn't crazy, I checked 5 teams to see if anyone else has changed. I checked the rest of the Sixers and Pacers lineups, the Nuggets lineup, the Timberwolves lineup and the Heat lineup. No other players have had their attributes changed.
Furthermore, I attempted to run the trade you made (J.R. Giddens and Austin Croshere for James Posey and Jerome Williams). Declined. In fact, even offering the pacers one of your 1st round picks the trade wouldn't go through.
So, Twan. I'm asking you bluntly.
DID YOU CHEAT BY EDITING GIDDENS ATTRIBUTES?
I'm sorry it's come to this. Well, actually I'm not. You've brought this upon yourself by your actions. And if there's one thing that can kill an FBB league it's a dishonest commish.

OK, well, I hope that the transfer of power is relatively painless, if this is true, which I happen to feel looks pretty definitive. I know that I have spent a lot of man hours behind this. There's no reason why this needs to fold IMO.
If it does fold, well, I'll see yall soon in a new league.

If this is true, I have also speculated, I hope it doesn't mean the end of the SSBA, if it does somebody e-mail me about some new leagues please

It won't end. Worse case scenario one of two things happen (and we'd vote on this, assuming twan doesn't e-mail someone the current save file).
1) We sim the 2006 season over. I have the save file at the start of the season. 2) We start over. From the beginnig of the 2005 nba rosters.

alright, i think that either way would be good myself but my guess is most people don't want to lose all they've done w/their teams...

It's really too bad, isn't it.
I'm thinking that maybe the 06 season SHOULD be simmed again, as alot of teams lost team a team that was alegedly cheating.

Did the Sixers had like a winning streak of 20 or more, something like that. I have been in many sim leagues but never seen a team won so many games in a row.

I just hope Twan sees this and can justify what he did.
He's a good friend, and I'm saddened by this. I hope that he didn't ceat.
