It could be good until it turns into a complete fight in the team bus about ball distribution.

I have no idea how is this going to end. Either they will become the most dangerous duos and Nuggs a serious contenders in the league or it could be a total disaster. I have no idea. All i know is that i'm extremely excited. It's just like AI first came into the league.

i agree, but i have a feeling its gonna be good, if it was AI when he 1st came into the league it wouldnt work, but now i think it'll work very very good.

how can you believe it will work?
Just watch the US team playing with too many me first guys.
The nuggest now have 3 guys who just don´t care about defense.
Just imagine what kind of veteran leadership AI will bring to Melo and Jr.
They will take every chance to shoot they can get.
poor marcus and who ever play pf.
hopefully it is someone like evans who doesn´t care about scoring.

As for the sixers: this trade makes only sense if you are going to tank the season.
2 non lotto first and 2 veterans is all you can get for the best scorer in the NBA???
If everybody is coming out as expected this can be a very deep talented draft but outside of the top 3 none will be NBA ready soon.
They still have Cwebb who should be bought out imo and the overpaid dalembert who could be traded soon.

Man, I wish Billy King could join us here in SSBA.

I doubt you could trade the leading scorer in SSBA, even if he doesn't care about defense, for two non-lottery picks (and you almost can't get further away from the lottery than with DEN and DAL picks). We could assign him the Knicks, let him have the IM screen name "samoth haisi" and tell him he sure won't get critizised here, promised ...
(too bad there's little on the Knicks we could rip from him, maybe the Mavs would be better for all of us)

The worst part is, I have JR Smith on my fantasy team. He's useless crap now. Forget the "he'll be wide open 40min a game now" bullshit. Sure he'll be wide open 40min a game, but if he'll even get the rock three times in than span he can call that a great game ...
Sad

I disagree on the picks.  The Dallas pick will be 28-30...no brainer.

However Denver's pick is trickier.  Currently it is #21.  They are adding Iverson but will be without Melo for 14 more games and JR for 9.  Iverson alone won't carry the Nuggets team any further than he carried the Sixers this year.  And practice time is very limited to start with so these guys will have to mesh on the run.  Not to mention putting a player use to taking 25-30 shots per game on a team that is losing 12-14 shots.  Someone between JR, Melo & AI will not be happy.  Then take into account that Denver has played 15 games against the East and only 8 against the West.  Things don't look bright for Denver to really improve this year.

So at the minimum I see Spurs, Mavs, Suns, Jazz, Pistons, Rockets, Lakers, Cavs, Bulls and possibly Magic with better records by season's end.  That would make Denver's pick #19 and it could be as low as 15-16.
