One thing is certain, something needs to be done ... quickly.

And I'd try this (in exactly this order):
1. Trade CWebb for Yao or Dwight
2. Trade AI for whatever package brings the most talented youth in return and hand over the reigns to Iggy ... to bring Oden to the City of Brotherly Love.

Now what's your take ?

he wont be traded just as he wasnt in last couple of years because of an idiot GM that runs the Sixers and cant make up his mind on AI every f****ng season. I hope that idiot resigns as GM and they bring someone who knows the job, tank until the end of season to get a TOP 1-3 pick in draft , get rid of CWebb and get Oden or if not possible OJ Mayo in the draft, use some cash in FA and then they'll have a chance on achieving something....or if they Trade him, i hope that'll be to the Bulls in Gordon for AI type of deal Very Happy

Problem is, you can't tank with AI. He's too good. And this is probably what I respect him most for, giving it all on any given night, despite the atrocious team record.

Any player with any pride would do the same, only management can think of tanking strategies.

And that is the very reason I see Earvin bolt the Kings after his rookie contract is up. Because he doesn't like how team management fucks up season after season only to climb a few draft spots.

yeah you cant, was a joke, but they gonna end up very low anyway and i really hope they waste this season and get Oden in the draft, if im not wrong if they dont re-sign Cwebb they'll have some little cash for FA too

Let's not be ridiculous here. No, everybody doesn't want him. In fact, I bet the majority of teams out there will not inquire. Iverson has the heart of a lion and outrageous scoring ability.

However, he's a shoot-first and always player regardless of what position he plays. No one can play with him. Seriously, I would love to see the list of players who have had career years along side Iverson. Maybe there are a bunch, but I seriously doubt it.

He's also a huge contract, and whatever team he goes to, their offense has to revolve around him. Any team with a young stud they are trying to develop (ie Carmelo, LBJ, Wade, Bosh, etc..) would not want Iverson. Any team that is having success this season probably won't want Iverson.

I see teams like Boston, the Knicks, Charlotte, Memphis, etc. being the ones intersted in Iverson. A team low in the standings without a great primary scorer (I believe Paul Pierce is the most overrated player in the NBA).

Let's face it Iverson may be the greatest pure scorer of all time. He's a great basketball player. But he's not a great teammate and he has proven that you can't win on the shoulders of one player.

There is no way he can. No way Philly trades him without getting Bargs or a first (IMO), and we can't trade a first.

If Philly does the rumoured deal without the first (i think it was Rasho, Fred, Jose and Jorge), pretty sure Billy King will be hung publically.

I hope they hung him regardless of outcome, i want AI to stay in Philly, but with worst managment in history of NBA (yeah Tom, they're worse then Krause and co.) its impossible for him to achieve anything unfortunately.
