Harper is young, has really great ratings (A+ defense), and is very close to the type of player I want to complete my starting lineup.

Worthy is still an effective player but is getting old. The biggest weakness with my team right now is outside shooting. While Worthy has a very good shooting percentage, it is all inside scoring. Worthy's attributes make him more oriented to playing PF but his lack of rebounding really makes him ineffective there. He really has no place on my team. Ron Harper should do a good job of playing lock down defense and help my team's shooting.

I have a glut of point guards so losing Dampier does effect my team. Trading away Augmon is a bit of a risk because he is young and improving. Augmon is an inside scorer as well though.

I now have 5 players who still on my team who were here last season and 4 new guys in my starting lineup. I think after I aquire a good PF my team is complete.
