When will we be able to submit offers for free agents? (Last year's list is still up.)

I have to wait for Derek to activate it. I will delay FA signing period to give at least 36-48 hours after the list is ready for everyone to get bids in.

I have always had trouble with the "GM Actions" page. It has always tended to log me out. I've been able to access it in the past after a few tries, but now I'm completely unable to access it. It says "welcome Guest" when I click on the links.
So, if it's ok with you Spurs, I'll be PMing you my FA offers.

I know it has something to do with the firewalls and security but it is still a pain. It also screws with the quote feature. |

when i open the FA page i still have all those offers from day 1 in (even for the guys i had signed already)
can we use the page nonetheless? (just figuring out who's still available)
and do we have to manually delete unwanted (or impossible like MLE) offers?
