Wow. How big is this game. We fell to 8th last night, even though we didn't play, because the Cavs won their game.

Also, the Wizards and Pacers both won, so they moved 2.5 games up on us.

The Celtics still have us by 2 games, so this game tonight will decide if we have a chance.

If we win, we are only 1 game back, with 5 to play. If we lose, we are 3 gam,es back with 5 to play.

Here's what it comes down to. if we lose this game, we will play Miami, or best-case scenario Detriot in the first round. If we win, we could play Celtics, Bulls, Pacers, Wizards or Cavs.

That sucks. That is going to make it very hard to win. Although we did it last game.

I don't want to rip either of these guys, because I don't know how much pain they are in. But both have played through injuries, and this is easily the biggest game of the season. Easily. This is a must win, and both our superstars are sitting out.  Rolling Eyes

You know if Iverson is sitting out, it must be bad.   And if his thumbs are in that much pain, there is no way way I would want him playing.  That is a guaranteed 7-25 shooting night.
And Webber, well...  If his injury makes him slower defensively then he alreadt is, let him heal.  He would just be a defensive liability.
Plus, Rodney will get a chance to take revenge on the organization that blew him off in free agency.  And he is probably better at defending Walker's outside shot...

Well, we beat the Wizards without our two superstars, but it will take another big game from MJax/Willie, etc to make it happen. I think Willie should be able to break down their guards.
KK needs to have 20 tonight.

Definitely the biggest game of the season, I wish I was going.

According to O'Brien from his pre-game comments, AI and Webber are both likely going to play and start.

That is awesome. Then we have a great chance.

Walker is back for Beantown, but he only played 25 last game.

Terrible 1st half of the 2nd quarter, but they got the lead back. Sammy has been nice, not just tonight. He's really improved offensively, and double-doubles are the norm for him now. AI with 7 assists at the half, that is great. Webber needs to hit his jumpers, he's a little off so far. This game is big, they have to get the win.

lol, the announcers are right, AI does deserve and Oscar....the 2nd one MIGHT have been a good call but the first one had no chance of really being a foul..not gonna complain though
