If Daugherty can develop into a more effective center this training camp, we'll have a pretty solid starting lineup heading into the season. With Floyd, Moncrief, Oakley, Thompson and Daugherty...we're going to be an improved team.

I loved LaSalle Thompson, but this team probably wasn't going to do much again this year.  The ability to land a pair of very good young wing players in Majerle and Mullin was key to this deal.

Now, with those two on board, look for the Sonics to maybe deal LaFrentz elsewhere.
