if you want to know why Dwight got no awards, look no further than this series. He's simply close to 40 and can only get it done occasionally anymore. But after all he's done in his career guess you need take that too. Nuggets look as dominant as expected. Bye-bye #19 pick ...

The main reason Dwight is struggling, imo, is my moving Bol onto him. He can't deal with Bol's height.
Neither team has held home court so far!

Manute Bol stopping Dwight Howard. Two seasons ago you would have earned laughters all around the sim universe for such a statement. And now the 4-time MVP, 15-time AllStar is held down by a lanky defensive specialist with height, and nothing else. I love sim leagues !

Wow, its not even close so far. Average margin of victory is 22 points, with the closest game being 14. I hope we dont blow it while I'm at work.

Nuggs have been very impressive.
Hornets and Pacers is an annual grudge match. Quite the guessing game right now, I suspect.

Both of our DCs are in -- Pacers went with an interesting move. I expected him just to switch up Dwight and Sabonis, but Sabonis is going to be playing the 3! So little man Hinson will have his hands full with Dwight at PF. Stan Gugliotta is playing C for the Pacers.

That Gugliotta guy was very good against me last year - I was quite surprised given his ratings at the time. I will be curious to see how it plays out.

Oops - nice catch. Not only am I thinking about a different guy, but a different year (some guy called Ostertag and it was the year before last). Anyways, the premise is the same - going with something pretty unexpected and that you would think would be a profound negative mismatch for a positive one somewhere else.

well i had 2 reason to change my lineup. stockton and wilkins were killing me. i hoped that it would make a difference to give them the challenge to shoot over more height. and the second one was that i needed more offense or more rebounds. no way that i could get more offense out of my team but with the new lineup i had the chance to dominate the boards. also the change of bol to the C position really enabled dwight to score more. i am not sure why he made the change since he knew i would keep dwight at pf. anyway the hornets did a great job taking the series to 7 games, but homecourt was a big plus in the second part. next are nuggets who are cruising through the POs so far.

It's fucking bullshit that a B- defender can play that kind of defense on Stockton. I'm generally not a sore loser but this was ridiculous.

Nuggets absolutely owned me....not a good series for the Jazz...Looking at playoff leaders, 3 rounds into he playoffs and hardly anyone from the Jazz is represented. Being a seventh seed, I can't complain too much, Bird absolutely disappeared in that series.

Classic Magic vs Bird in that series, with Magic playing SF. Happy to get out of there injury free. The last time I met the Pacers in the finals, he injured Evans and I was farked. I hope for a better outcome this time. I think his team is more beatable this year than year's past.
