Okafor and Boozer too close to compare?  Disagree strongly there.

And I wouldn't take Ellis over Daniels.  But you have to say that since you traded one away to draft the other.

We're gonna have a nice rivalry for the next 2-3 years before half of your starting lineup needs a wheelchair.

Pettit isn't the only one with A potential.

Nor did I say otherwise.  I just said barring a large gain of ground in TC pettit will score more this year.  'Bron needs some outside shooting, bad.

BTW, I'll leave this thread here for us to argue, even though the trade's been processed for tonight (I'm not simming just yet, since some people are still sending in FA's).

And Bron will get that outside shooting, of that I'm sure. Overall I think he'll have ratings of B+, B+, B, A, C.

Eventually, yes.

About what I expect Pettit's ratings to be (B+, A-, B-, B+, C-) eventually.  Although 'Bron's obviously got him beat defensively.  It would take a miracle for Pettit to get up to more than an A-.

Yeah, we will have a great rivalry.

And I'm probably going to consider moving one of Boozer or Carter nexy year for more cap space.

But hey, I can't wait for the season to start. So I can show all you idiots that you were wrong about the 70-12 Raptors.

Zydrunas Ilgauskas (sim): 21.8 pts, 10.1 rebounds, 2.6 assists, 43.7% shooting
Wilt Chamberlain (career avg): 30.1 pts, 22.9 rebounds, 4.4 assists, 54% shooting
Big Z (real life): 17.3 pts, 8.7 rebounds, 1.2 assists, 46.2% shooting

Sounds a lot closer to Big Z in real life than Wilt Chamberlain in real life.

BTW, Big Z had a game of 35/18 this year.

Chamberlain averaged 50.4 pts, 25.7 rebounds in a year.

Also, one last time.

We go by ratings, not names.  Don't bitch about what a guy named Zydrunas Ilgauskas did, bitch about what a guy with his ratings did.

We're not trying to recreate the nba.  I don't know how many times I have to say this.  If we were, I wouldn't have drafted a hotel manager 2nd overall.
