****Very Important!!!!****
You must either accept or decline all offers..  By default, offers are set to "undecided".  If they remain undecided, you will not get credit for the check-in.  So, either click accept or click decline for all your offers.

man, i'm one lucky SOB.

Once again I tried to beat the player extension deadline and hoped to buy an extension for Tornopsky (*) after sim 12. Of course I got rejected (rightfully so, one day i will get the concept), but at least I had kept it private tis time.

And now Kyle comes with an offer himself, for LESS than he made this year.

So in fact I save 700k PLUS $450 for being late once again.
Lucky SOB, as i said ...

(*) Not that he's that good, but he's a nice backup ... and with my salary total I have little room to navigate. Just to avoid losing people in FA you have to beat MLE's, and 4.6-4.9 mill would have tied up all remaining hard cap space I had left.

... not that anybody else cares either about my Celtics or Tornopsky !
 Very Happy

I am thrilled with the offers made...
Got Bennet back for less then he is making now...
Decided to keep Terry Teagle at a very reasonable back-up price...
Sylvester signed for less then his current salary...
And Connor made me an offer that is a little high, but not ridiculous.  Close to what I would have offered him in free agency anyway.

Well that was an absolute no brainer of a decision.

Resigned Kareem for 2 years: $2,769,305 $3,046,236

I got Herb Williams on a 4 year deal starting at 5 million which is not too bad. I also resigned Steve WIlliams for a 3 year deal. Still deciding on doleac.

Nothing for the Nets...but with my MLE, LLE and vet mins the only three guys I have unsigned for next year, it makes sense.

What I am curious about is if anyone has ever seen MLE/LLE signees EVER offer extensions the folllowing year? I can't recall ever getting an extension from one in all my years.

Excuse me if I asked this last off-season - if I did, and if I got an answer, I've forgotten  Sad

Wow  Shocked Bennett does this every time....

And I now notice that Teagle gave you very productive minutes, though limited ones. Never thought it would happen. Oops.

Nice offer for the Nuggs, and the Williams signing sounds good for the Grizz, too.

You only get offers from players you have three or more bird years on.

almost correct.

when you have cap space left you can also get offers from players with less than 3 bird years.

Received offers from Ricky Pierce, Allen Coles and Carlos Tower

Coles and Tower for exactly the same contract 3.0 and 1.0 respectively.

May have overpaid for Pierce but only TC will tell if his 4 years starting at 4mil is worth it...

...it's not like I'm gunna be under the cap anytime soon anyway..

Glad Bennet is not in it for the money Smile
Teagle has been great as a back-up for me...  Awesome in the playoffs, offensively...
Wait, you mean Teagle was a Net as well...  I think 80% of my players have played for you at one point... lol

You and I do seem to value the same players...

I don't really regret the Hubbard deal - I had some bad roster imbalance at the time, so I am happy to have him - and I'm sincerely pleased that Bennett won 6MOY and knows a good situation when he sees it.

And yeah, I drafted Teagle and moved him back in the day for the cap space that I hoped would get me Bailey Tobey, that ended up being Schmalzy. Glad he's working out too: seems to me he's come a long way.

It's like Hornets and I.  While we might not swap players as regularly, our teams are almost always constructed the same.
