Why is the start of FA at sun? Can´t we start on FR? If i make an offer is there the same timetable as in the draft (submitting my offer till 5pm)?

How do the FA will work? Are we able to split the MLE and give for example offers to three FA at the same time? how will the FA decide?
Is there any feedback if no decision is made after one day?
we will start Fr with the FA so let´s post the rules!

You know, I don't mind answering questions.  But please don't tell me to do something that's already done.

Go to the roster pages.  Up on the top you'll see "Rules".  Click.  Voila.

As for your individual questions.  No, you can't split the MLE.  It's a one year offer at 4.5 million.  You can offer it to multiple players, but if one accepts the others obviously can't.  FA decide based on 3 attributes they possess, "Greed", "Loyalty" and "Play for Winner".  They do not give any feedback.

If you're signing new players, you have the MLE (1 year contract @ 4.5 million), LLE (1 year contract @ 1.2 million) and minimum contracts.

You can offer one of each of the following :
MLE: 1 year contract @ 4.5 million
LLE: 1 year contract @ 1.2 million
and an unlimited number of Minimum salary exceptions

Please go here : http://ssba.phillyarena.net/
Click on the Rules Hyperlink in the top box, and read the rules of the league.  It explains free agency and the salary cap very well.

No, you cannot.  Read the Rules forum...
You are over the cap.  Therefore

You can offer one of each of the following :
MLE: 1 year contract @ 4.5 million
LLE: 1 year contract @ 1.2 million

and an unlimited number of Minimum salary exceptions.

Also, and this is on the rules page which would be nice if people read before asking, when making multi-year offers there's a maximum you can raise per year.  12.5% of the first years salaries for your own players with 3+ bird years, 10% for everyone else.

Is order important? Let's say I put it like this:

Johnson: MLE

Collins: MLE

Smith: MLE

Does this mean that Johnson gets the offer first so he would be my first choice? And when he passes, it would be up to Collins to accept, and last choice would be for Smith?

Nope, order's not important.

All submissions are entered, but not processed until I hit a button.  All orders are then sent to FA's simultaneously.  What happens if two people want to accept?  That I'm not sure.  I don't know how the program decides.
