lost against sonics and hawks but managed to beat warriors and the celtics who seems to get back to the POs.

Mel Turpin is a beast on offense, which is a nice surprise. He could score 20 ppg as a starter.

3-3 sim. Just one damn gama away from a playoff spot. And one damn game away from moving the Nets out of the lottery with my pick. Guess that should be the primary goal now.

Beat the Pistons on the road, which is nice. Unfortunately, the Pacers prevailed in a close one. Hornets and Bucks were to strong, too.

Oh, and all deadline deals were blown away, too, in probably the most depressing incident happening for Boston this sim. So NO LARRY back in Celtic green next season.

5-2 sim, pretty good result as we plug along until Big Mike returns from injury. Having Bennett and Lavar for depth has been huge this year and who have really stepped up to help the Nets barely skip a beat when pretty significant injuries have occurred. Richard Milner is the real reason for all of this success - he has to be among the favorites for MVP honors the way he's brought the team to a new level. Bennett deserves some votes for 6MOY himself, stepping up with great per minute numbers. I have to enjoy this while I can with the Pistons and Hornets charging towards greatness - it might be a short ride.

Big seven game sim coming up - ending off the season with a head-to-head with the Conference leading Pacers. Should be a good one.

And Tom, good luck sneaking into the playoffs - I have no doubt that you would have guided your ship there had you been here all season. I personally hope you don't for obvious reasons, but good luck anyway  Cheers.

Well it appears I have a playoff spot locked up for a certainty. There is no way this team is deserving of one, and even though I was banking on a nice lottery pick, I'll take it. They overachieved out of the gate just enough to make the horrible 2nd half pointless.

Green really struggled, so he is going back to the bench. Vaught avg 3 more ppg than usual. Buck's 24/13 are becoming a norm, he threw in 2.6 blocks for good measure, and 3.6 turnovers just to irritate me. Borgmann scored nicely (18.8 ), but rebounded horribly (6.6).

6-2 sim for me. An injury to Natt in the middle of the sim may be the reason for both of my losses, but I'm not making excuses.  Thumbs Up
I need to go 4-2 to reach 60 wins, a nice accomplishment if it comes to be.

Lol, Alvin Robertson played the majority of the Knicks' minutes at C this sim. Not surprising that it didn't go very well for Terry & Co.

at least that explains how my Celtics could beat your Knicks ...

4-4 sim, not even that bad as it looked on 1st sight. Hakeem POTM. I really dont understand how MJ got POTM those 2x, Hakeem was outscoring him, outrebounding, more blocks, better offense and we had a much better record then then Heat.

Has to be taken into context with the position he played.  Yeah, Hakeem is outrebounding Jordan (10.0 to 7.1), but 7.1 from a guard has a much better positive impact than 10 from a center.  6.8 assists is also a huge number from a non-pg.  Hakeem might have more blocks (kinda expected for a center, don't ya think?), but Jordan has a similar edge in steals.  47.7% shooting from a guard is also a better % than 47.9% from a center.

I'd say they're both pretty close.

He also got Rookie of the month, not Player of the month.

I am looking forward to our highly likely first round match-up against the Pistons.  Sir Charles looks like he could cause a mighty problem down low, along with William Brice guarding Mike could b a problem.  It's probably the 2nd worst matchup for us outside or Ralph and the Hornets.  Even though we lead the season series 2-1 with one more to play in Detroit, I think it's going to be very tough.  All of this assuming not huge shakeups occur in the 1-5 rankings.  One positive will be Ron Brewer, he broke his nose so he will be wearing a Rip Hamilton like mask, maybe it will bring him some luck like it did Rip.

Im not complaining about now, im complaining about when Blazers had something like 62 % WP, and Heat were horrible, and Hakeem was 52 % FG, he was playing better then now, and MJ during that period won 2 Rookie of the Month award, which makes no sense at all, we were like "30-21" back then and Heat 18-27, i dont remember, ive mentioned it before, but Hakeem really deserved POTM back then when he was carrying this shity team to the top with fantastic numbers (his numbers arent so great now) and MJ was taking Heat to great lotto pick. Back then Hakeem had like 52 % FG and 2.3bpg.

Nevermind LOL.
