Figured I should put this in the 2nd rounder question topic...
When 2nd rouders reach their second year, what options does a team have for resigning them in the real NBA? Do you have to have cap space to resign them?
I've noticed that there has been a ton of interest in 2nd round picks this season, and rightfully so; often second rounders turn out to be better than 1sts...
If there is a rule in the real NBA about resigning 2nd rounders, is there any way we can implement that in this league?

In the NBA if you're over the cap you can offer them 120% of the salary they had during the past season, or up to the MLE. In this sim, you can also offer them a salary starting at 120% or you can offer them the MLE (not up to the MLE, just the MLE).
However, there is no restricted free agency in this sim.
Neither of these rules can be changed. These are program restrictions.
