I'm not sure how FBB works at all. But My question would be, considering that we'll be having 2 pre-season sims, I would assume both will be run 20 days per sim, would both of this affect the count on the trade restriction rule? Meaning,  will we be able to trade players, under any trade restrictions, by sim 2? Or have to wait until the usual sim 6?

no, these sims are strictly for tryouts.

they don't count for trade restrictions and have no implications for the regular season. No stats, no injuries carry over. And even the matchups will be different in the reg season.

After these preseason sims are over, we go back to day 1 on the schedule, so they have no effect.
