I have always negotiated deals under the belief that you couldn't trade away first rounders 2 years in a row.  I even turned down negotiations because of this rule.  However now the Blazers/Hornets deal went through leaving the Blazers with no first rounders for the next 2 years.

Has the rule been changed?  If so then I feel a general announcement should have been made so everyone can play under the same rules.

Yeah, we didn't get a explanation for that deal.

I don't remember rule being changed.

There has been found a glitch in the program.  I have yet to make an official announcement about whether or not it will be an official rule (I let the previous deal go through because I made the mistake of telling them it would).

Are we to assume that the rule has been changed?
