Set some boards to require membership

I set some of the message boards to require you to register and log in to be able to post. Reason? Simple. So if people want to contact you via private message or e-mail they can. So...if you're a gm, register an account and login, don't post under a Guest account.
I've left Guest accounts open for the following forums:
- General Board
- 76ers Discussion Board
- Articles
