Trade deadline

Raptors were very, very happy with their trading season this year.

Four first rounders, all top 18.

Good starting lineup, something like 35 mil in exp contracts next season. I'm primed.

A ton of deadline deals. Sonics sure were active, were in most of the trades. Interesting moves were made.

I only made two deals the entire season. I would've liked to be more active, but I was in a tight spot where I liked the talent I had and I didn't want to give up cap space. I don't think I offered up too many lopsided deals, but it looks that way now that I see all the trades that went down.
Overall, I would give myself a B+ for the trades I made this season:

Hornets/Hawks
J.R. Smith, Tim Pickett, Alex Garcia and 2008 1st for Josh Childress

Hornets/Pistons
David Wesley, 2006 1st for Elden Campbell, 2008 1st

Those trades fit pretty well with my overall plan, but now there are too many players in the FA market, so it's not looking good out there.

Forgot about Darrell Armstrong and Lynch for Hudson and Madsen... I feel indifferent about that trade though.
