gotcha. btw, I've already sent my list in. after having certainty that my picks won't affect this cap I have.

Huh?  Draft picks will count against your cap.

Ugh.  Yes.  I told you the "offers" you were making were just testing, and that the offers didn't count until the official list got up there.

Now you can make your offers.  That wasn't the list, so the offers were cancelled.

Guess they found out their GM owns multiple teams ... and then discovered the chat transcript:

Hey, you're still surprised they call it a career BEFORE that happens here ?

No, there's only one FA on the transactions sheet.

It's a weird way that FBB operates.  If you accept the extension before the end of the season, it's not listed as a transaction.  If you accept the offer after you hit "end season" (when FBB asks you again whether you want to sign any fa offering an extension) it will list it on transactions.  Just a bug.

There's also now an option to specify "max" in the dropdown.  This automatically gives him the max possible contract with max raises, so you don't have to go with custom if you know you want to offer him the max.  You can select how many years you want the max contract for.

Is the list official now?  I still see Max & O'Connell on the list.  And there are several players duplicated: Peja, Hinrich, Brice and others.

Yeah, it looks like something did get messed up.  I'll fix that tonight.

Don't submit anything for anyone that's not on here as well until after I've fixed it:
http://ssba.phillyarena.net/fa/fa-pos.htm

Any submission's you've made won't be cleared, they're tied to a name.  So as long as you submit a bid for a name that's on the official list, it will carry over.

Alright guys, a few things:
  • The FA list should now be up to date.  Let me know if there's anyone in there who shouldn't be (this was fixed last night during the sim)
  • There's been a change to the bank.  An option's been added to keep a comment about the transaction private.  What this will do is you will only see a private comment (under the bank log) if you are logged in with the username of the account.  I.e., if I'm under WolvesGM's log, I won't see his private comments.  Why private comments?  If, for example, someone buys the true potential of a draftee, you don't want everyone to know that's who you're targetting.  But, I also wanted everyone to know exactly what they spent their money on.
  • On the Free Agents page, it now displays your current offers at the top, so you don't have to scroll the entire list and click "edit" just to view your current bids.  there are also edit/cancel links there as well.

If anyone finds any bugs, let me know.

Bods, any idea when the first day of FA will be?  Just want to know so I don't miss getting all of my offers entered.  I am still analyzing team needs and who's available.
