I want to clear the cap and collect picks. Want to left my team in great situation for the new GM. Plenty of cap room + picks, can't ask for more. |

I agree. If you're quitting, state that you're quitting, so the new GM can decide what direction to go in. Doing a firesale isn't the best way to go about that, that's something the new GM can do if he decides that's the best way to go.

Erm, i'm doing what i feel it's the best for the franchise. Any decent GM would welcome a tons of cap room, picks and clear situation. I mean what he's going to do? Trade 35 year old players for bunch of All Stars or young stars? That's not how things are going in this league. + i could have also traded everyone and then announce that i quit, so it's the same. I mean, techically this is mine team until i resign. |
