Has probably been delayed until friday.  There's a slight chance I get it done this afternoon, but don't expect it.

Since we might have a looooooong wait for sim 12 we could as well start the sim discussion meanwhile.

Magic currently hold the 6th spot, just a tiny game ahead of the Heat (make that 1.1 games since i won the season series) and another one (make that 1.9) ahead of the Wiz.

Having the worst schedule among those I could end up 7th or 8th in a hurry. Celts have to play @Hornets, Nets, Raptors and Knicks and entertain the Magic and Pistons. It's no reach to see me going 2-4 or even 1-5. Tough sched to end the year.

Heat travel to Grizz, Suns, Wizards and Kings and have the Hawks at home. Expect them to go 2-3, maybe 1-4
Wizards travel to Raptors twice and Sixers whild holding court to Bulls, Pistons, Heat and Cavs. Anything less than 5-2 would be a major surprise.

So combining those results the Wiz move to 6th and face the Raptors while the Celtics at #7 go up against the Hornets (who I see winning the remaining 4 games and win the Central). That leaves the Nets for the Heat, as mentioned before not something they wanted to avoid completely ...

So, and who advances then? Wait, wait, we'll see. Making baby steps sometimes get you ahead too ...

Damn, I was looking forward to spending the morning looking at the stats.

I really wanted to have the time between the last sim and the playoffs to determine how best to make my lineup, but I guess I can do that in a day.

Will the Jazz hold on to their very volatile playoff spot.....could be out for the first time, but I end all of my games at home, so I predict a yes.

up.

BTW, you can change your IL's for the first round of the playoffs.  I simmed up until the playoffs, saved, proceeded to the playoffs, output the html, but the save's still back after the last day of the regular season, so IL changes can be made.

yuhu....im starting to pray for a lotto, next season expect big things from Blazers, Hoffa
im sure next season will be 35/15 guy how his stats went up since he joined and with a good
rookie addition im ready baby.

Went 5-3 this sim, i could regret the CPU 3-5 last sim that took me out of playoffs, but i
like this lotto possibility more this season.

Sonics 109-105 Hoffa 37/20 2blk,Telf 22/6/13 3stl, Cunningham posted nice number 11/13
after coming back to the team after a long time.

BUEHLER seems to not handle SF position as he does PF.

Cavs 126-109 Hoffa destroyed cavs with his 2nd 51p game at Portland + 7r and 3blk,
Tsakalidis added 17/11, Telf did his job with 12 assists and 4 steals.

@Lakers 103-83 Hoffa 35/15 3stl, Houbregs 25/7 showed few lessons to the bollywood guys.

Pistons 99-96 Hoffa 20/10 in 26mins, Telf 17/9 10 STEALS ! thats sick.

Lakers 110-76 Hoffa 36/12 3blk, Buehler 17/11 4 blk, Houbregs despite his poor D rating
did great job on Wade.

@Pacers 83-115 Hoffa 25/15 only worth mentioning in the demolition by Pacers.

@Suns 81-114 Another demolition, but without Hoffa and away so it was no suprise, Cunny
stepped in fine with 18/11, Buehler did well with 14/15 but they couldnt do more.

Grizzlies 91-106 Houbregs 27 lead all scorers but team was shooting miserable.

LETS GO FOR A TOP 5 PICK PLEASE !

P.S  Laughing Hoffa was named POTW and POTM,as wel AL2nd  Laughing

Pettit didn't win one post season award, and Brice was 1st team all-ssba at SG

 Shocked

This program seriously gives Pettit no love.

Must have happened last DC:
http://ssba.phillyarena.net/boxes/101-1.html

And, since it wasn't bolded, I didn't look to change it.

It's fixed (well, for the playoffs, at least.  Obviously can't go back and retroactively fix a mistake).

Yes, of course I wanted to put my best scorer, a SF, to backup PF where he's a C+ defender, in the most important sim of the season.

Yes of course I wanted to start a C defender in his place at SF

Yes of course I was well aware that losing the seedings battle with the Wizards would result in having to face the Nets in round 1 (as i had posted earlier)

Plan worked, assured the 8th seed on behalf of losing the season series to the Wiz. Will now have a chance to entertain the team that won more games in the last 2 than the Celtics won in the last 5 seasons. I just hope it's not too late to pick up a starting C from FA before the playoffs, as Etan Thomas seems more suited to backup PG.

Ivan Strong hasn't seen a DC spot at backup SF or backup PF, let alone starter, since SIM6. Strange thing.

But my fault that I haven't noticed Strong suddenly played a prominent role in my linup. Since Lenard was listed SF for half of the sim11 games it wasn't obvious to me.

Don't worry. Shit happens.  Wink

But anyway, to get to the top you have to beat the best. And looking at the season series i'm not sure anymore the Hornets are a better matchup for me than the Nets.

Went 2-2 against the 65win team, both win by 15 or more at home (against a depleted Nets team), both losses by 3 or less on the road (against a complete Nets team).
