My friends, this is not even close. SSBA is the top sim hands down. Maybe not the daily action and hyperactive trading, but to me thats positive too.

Just in comparison: This league has changed two (repeat: TWO) GMs over the last 5 seasons (since i joined). And we have around 29 active GMs with between 25 and 29 posting DCs. That's unheard of ...

I agree.

The amount of turnover on this league is ridiculously low.

and it's not a league where two or three teams ultimately dominate everyone and the other teams are playing for the fun only ...

... now wait a moment.

No, we don't have that ... it's just ONE team dominating here *lol*

That's true, but there isn't so much strictness on activity.

lol.  I've won once.  In 6 years.  Why weren't teams complaining about the Jazz, who have won it twice?  Or the Sonics, who have made it twice?  I have a total of 6 more wins than the Hornets.  6.  10 more than the Clippers.  23 more than the Raptors.  So I'm NOT the only dominant team.  I'm just the only regular season dominant team who's ALSO won a championship, and that didn't happen until year 6 (a testiment not to blow up a team everytime you don't win)

And I said if I win again I'll break up my team for the ONLY reason that having a dominant commish is bad for a league.

It's not my fault the Hawks passed on pettit, really.

j/k bods  Wink

Interesting enough, even though the Nets are arguably the most dominant opponent here, i think a lot of teams believe to have a chance in a playoff series matchup. And correct, one title since the league started can't be called dynasty yet ...

i dunno that, im here in 3rd season, but that's the great thing about this league, i am in 2 very active leagues but they still change GM's every now and then, at least 4-5 per season, i was kinda lucky to get inside this one, Bods probably remembers how i got inside, pure luck, but i have a friend, who's also Celts, Kings, and who knows whos else friend, who is waiting like almost a year to get inside, i remember he was waiting for some months when i joined, and this was actually the first sim i joined, after my cousin told me about it, i just waited like 1 month or bit more to get inside  Very Happy

I remember the old WizardsGM (had to quit because he didn't have much free time anymore) told me about Sim Leagues for the first time while we were in the RealGM Raptors Chat.  I didn't understand the concept at first but he basically said they were like a more indepth NBA Live Dynasty mode, but with only the simulation.

He then directed me to a league called the SSBA and said there was one open spot if I wanted to join.  I actually really didn't want to join a sim league, as I was already in enough fantasy leagues and thought I wouldnt have the time to participate.  Luckily he convinced me to join and now here I am, it was a good thing I listened to him.

I remember taking over the Bulls when they were brutal (funny thing is that I originally had Hinrich, Gordon, Deng, Chandler, Curry all on ONE team.  Imagine if I just kept that lineup..)

Yeah, judging from your posts you're pretty damn desperate  Smile

Unfortunately I don't think they'll be a vacant spot for a while
