I'm wondering how/why FBB does some of the things they do.

For example, look at the season standings. East: Knicks and Hawks are showing as highers seeds than the Cavs, although the Knicks are at .364, the Hawks at .300 and the Cavs are at .375.

In the West, the Blazers are ahead of the Clippers, when the Blazers are .385 and the Clipps are .400

Also, Shaw is not among the League Leader page. This could be from not enough games played, I guess. He's only played 8, but he should be 2nd in PPG, 2nd in RPG, top 10 in blocks and FG%

none of the lakers are.  it's from a games played standpoint.

standings are typically determined by games back.  when all teams have played an even number of games (82 at the end of the season) this discrepancy won't show up.  right now the reason why there's a problem is from the program's sorting code, they don't have a secondary value to sort by.  It should sort by games back first, then winning % on ties.  for some reason he forget that one part of the select statement.  sloppy, but not an issue at the end of the season.
