Well, it is not looking good for the Warriors right now. Pierce has asked to be traded.
Everyone probably know his abilities, so no need to describe his talent level.  All-Star caliber SF.

Requirements are very specific.
Swingman under the age of 26 years old.
Must be at least an A- defender.
Must have at least a B+ outside.
Must have at least C+ inside.
