Linked on the lefthand side under offseason.

http://ssba.phillyarena.net/files/draft/2011/

Texas has a nice junior SF that's underperforming now but has incredible ratings and has already declared for the draft.

I'm going to be watching the growth of Jerry Riedel

And look at the fellow orangemen small forward.  What an odd combination of scoring and incredible rebounding from a sf.  too bad he can't defend a lick.

Could this guy be one of the next great scorers?

For the high school kids, we don't get any ratings or potentials?  Just their high-school stats?

You don't get ratings until they're imported into fbb at the beginning of next season.

So the high school players are much more of a crapshoot in terms of scouting via FBCB than college players, I take it?

Yeah, he looks good.  Definitely more of a scoring pg though, with a C+ passing.  Still, doesn't turn the ball over, and he actually picked up his performance when playing ranked competition.

Do worry about how that outside shot will translate into the pro's, especially since it says he's already overachieving.

*NOTE* Potentials there are slightly different than FBB potentials.  Those potentials listed are how good a player is likely to become, not how much more he can improve.  So a guy who's currently a C+ 3pt shooter with C potential is actually already overachieving and is likely not going to improve anymore.

Looks like it.

Although you'll still have the same FBB rated attributes once we get to next season.

This is pretty fun, I must say.  I still don't know exactly how much use it's going to be until the FBCB season is complete, but it's neat to be able to explore the vast repository of all the players.

So when does the FBCB sim begin?   Laughing

Best name has to go to Maximo Steed.

All of these ratings confuse and disorient me  Sad
Is there any way to see the file broken down into the normal categories?

There is just TOO much work to be done for an FBCB sim, heck no.

In fact, next year I might split it into 2 or 3 FBCB "sims" rather than 6.

Quick question: why not just scrap the draft preview that currently exists (FBB-generated) and instead use the FBCB-generated draft class?

Since it's so early in the season, I doubt that any trades were done based on the draft preview that currently exists.  As we've discussed, it's not a great one by any means, so there doesn't appear to be any reason not to switch now, especially since you already have the sim up and running.

I just don't like changing something after it's already been put up.  Raptors may be counting on getting one of x players with his pick.  Dunno, I just don't like to do it.

I figured as much, and that's fine.  But just thought I'd throw it out there.

Actually, I'd love the idea..but I understand where yu are coming from.

I'd love to be able to track a guy the whole year.
