We have two deals.

First, the grizzlies trade C Cato the paces for pg James

Second, the Grizzlies trade PG prewit to the pacers for C Carson Parker

Grizzlies Agree.

reason for me is that Cato is good enough for the length of his contract to give me def and rebounding
i have a very similar player like parker  in lucas on the bench and can give him to develop
prewit is a nice backup and a better defender than james

I almost took parker with the 13th pick and so when i signed all of my backup centers in FA I decided i could take on a project like parker.

damn i had james last season. i'd have resigned him if i only knew i could get guy like Cato for him.

When did you have Mike James???  Do you even know what's going on???  You do have Jerome James and didn't have to worry about re-signing him...

hAHAHA!! OMG, sorry i was thinking for some unknown reason that he traded for marcus banks...i don't know why but they are very similiar to me in real NBA so i always mix up those two. I'm having same troubles with Wally and Mike Miller as well! Smile

Mike James is just a filler in this deal. The reason i did it is for parker.
