As to not hijack the free agency thread too much, discuss the old league here.

Anyway, remember Chris Mihm?

shame.  I think next year Telfair averaged about 9.5 assists to 1.7 turnovers, if I remember correctly.  And his C rebounding was  Shocked 6.1 rpg as a rookie pg.  3 triple-doubles his rookie year, I think he got 5 his 2nd year.

Actually, they're starters were all 29-33.

And of course the whole reason the league fell apart:
http://ssba.phillyarena.net/files/oldleague/players/player290.htm
That was on day 1 of the season.

you should have seen his ratings by day 100!

Just seeing that makes me feel sick. What a bastard Twan was.

We could have been 10 seasons in by now.

Look at LeBron:

He's not there yet, but Boris Diaw turned into one of the biggest matchup nightmares in the league:

define "pro".

Technically I'm a "pro" applications developer, too.  because I get paid for it.

Lebron was ready to be A A+ A- A+ B+.

And Diaw was sick too.

The one thing that really strikes me is how much different the ratings were league wise.

Yao is the MVP of our league. He might not even have been in the top 5 best players in that league given the ratings.

Haha.

FBB is so funny.  You see guys with the same last names as guys on this league, but with different first names.

Kurt Pettit:

Andre Diddle:
http://ssba.phillyarena.net/files/oldleague/players/player401.htm

Chris Bosh really won the award for "I've got great ratings but can't play a lick":
