Pistons Trade:

Richard Jefferson(The Career Games Played Leader!)
Ivan Litwack
Carson Parker

-for-

Michael Redd
2012 1st round pick

Obviously the trade can not be fully processed until after the Draft...

Pistons Accept...

Even though I am not a huge fan of Redd's Defense, I still couldn't pass up getting a true SG and clearing a little room for FA...

my reason for this was: redd was a great scorer on my team but since carmelo come in i couldn´t find a enough time and shots for redd anymore.
jefferson, who is younger and his contract also shorter, will give me hopefully some quality mins of the bench and the chance to get another young talented C was enough to convince me.

One of those trades that works for both teams, I think...
Redd is a nice addition to the Pistons, finally a true SG, even though his defense is less then RJeff's at the position.

RJeff is probably a better non-option player then Redd, so it works decently for the Pacers.

Really do not know if this truly improved either team, though...
