After day 5 of Free Agency
After the 5 days of free agency and training camp have been simmed, you can sign any player still available to a 1 year, minimum salary contract.  These are not biddings, the players automatically accept.  The signing of players at this point comes on a first come, first serve basis.  This is how you can fill out your remaining roster spots if players haven't accepted your offers in free agency.

Sorry if this has caused any confusion.  I added it to the free agency rules listed in the league rules section.

Is there any idea as to what time the FA will be available for the minimum, or when we can start sending offers???

After day 5 of free agency (look at the calendar).

At that point you don't give offers, you flat out sign them.  They can't turn you down anymore.  And then you post in the cuts/signings board for that.

This is not a real TC, players won't change a thing when you run the first TC.  Just to let you guys know.

Umm, what? No ratings changes in Training camp? Somebody has their facts mixed up, because that can't possibly be the case.

How else would a player ever improve?

He's saying that in the 1st TC there are no ratings changes. I didn't know that either.

So that would mean no improvement in ratings until the following training camp, the one after this upcoming season.

That's what he's saying, yes.

It makes a little sense.  They just did the ratings when they made the roster files, so they should be current and shouldn't need to be changed in training camp.

I was looking forward to see Lebron's ratings sky rocket... Sad
It'll just have to wait a bit.
