Chris Webber - In the right situation he could easily put up 18-20 ppg and 10 rpg...
Also, I would possibly be willing to package Webber with the 2009 Celtics 1st Round Pick only if I was to recieve a very good player in return...
Needs : a top quality SG, and a back-up PG...

Rockets: Doesn't work capwise(would have to wait til day 60), and I'm not really a fan of Finley's D...
