ok, since i'm havin trouble with the time diferential and i will sleep like dead when the last moment of the free agency 5 comes to an end, can i reserve some players that i would like to sign if they don't sign with another team?

Sorry, but no. If I do that for one, I'd have to for all, and that's not possible.
Besides, there normally isn't a flodgate to sign un-signed FA's.
