This is earlier then I expected him to be taken. I was figuring early teens. If he can really sky rocket from his potential, it is a good pick then, I guess.

Was this a CPU pick? I remember last draft the Blazers didn't ever make their own pick.
Don't really like this pick at all. Fix has the potential to be a decent shooter, nothing else. The best part is that he is only 18.

Not a CPU Pick.
I don't dislike the pick though. I was looking at trading into the 10-11 range to take him. Has the potential to be an amazing offensive player, and could potentially improve to a B or B+ defender.

I guess it's not terrible. But that defense is bad.
He should improve since he's only 18.

Well, Eddie Jones was just basically the playoff MVP with C+ defense.
There's always a spot for a bad defender who can take over the game, if he's surrounded by good defenders.
with his potential (if true), he should develop into a solid defender.

I don't understand how he was so big of a reach. He's 18, and could very easily end up with B, A-, and B defense

I agree that it was a great pick up with some time for development, but still I thought he would go a little later (like 16th)

I thought he would go somewhere between 10th and 14th or so.
But with how equal this draft is in terms of talent after the top pick, the picks are more interchangable.

They couldn't afford to make a safe pick IMO, if Fox develops, he'll be great. I think he will, he's only 18

While I agree that Fox is a decent pick (although I think he went too high), I do not about the pick for the Blazers. The Blazers are already one of the worst defensive teams in the league. Fox just compounds the problem.
