That is too much for Redd, with his defense, but he had no choice. Gotta re-sign him, or another team could make a serious run for him in free agency.

For a team capped out forever that can make runs now, this contract for Redd makes sense.
There was no sense in me rebuilding and giving Redd that much with his defense like that.
