Contrary to what others think, the SF position of my frontcourt needs help than the 4 and the 5. And I am extremely happy to bring Thaddeus into the picture. B+ defense and C+ rebounding, to begin with, is a huge plus to the team.

And it does appear like HeatGM will have a good time with the 21st pick. haha damn

Happy to get Cook, great potential and good outside shooting, which is something the current team definitely lacks.  He probably won't play a lot but he should help to free things up for Hakeem when he's on the floor. I'm pleased, still a few decent prospect left as well.

I'm happy to get Allen. He doesn't have a great set of skills right now considering his height and lack of handles, but he has great potential which I have checked so I am hoping for a good long-term project.

Glad to pick up Gray after I lost Corzine to old age. With a good TC he should be able to step right in and hopefully fill that void.

Mistake on my part...
I should have taken Krysenko....  Smith is a clone of last year's pick, O'Bryant.
Ah well, draft and learn.

Magic, do you know Thad's potential? I don't but I think it's risky to move up to get him, especially giving up Aldridge

hawks.. magic gm uses a lot of gm points just to scout the potential of the players.. so i bet he already knows the potential of thad....he is a true "scouterer"..

next up for the 21st pick... Krysenko Fasenko Smile with my 12th pick.. i was looking to draft  Yi, Fazekas, Fasenko... i lost yi... but would get both Fazekas and Fasenko Smile

It aint perfect but great.

He is of little use in my lineup last year. I don't see it changing especially with the arrival of Gasol.

He was basically playing mop up duties for the frontcourt spot. I realized that LA has good ratings right now, but, like I said, during the playoffs, I saw the need to acquire a swingman, and was really interested to see Thad's ratings, not to mention that he already has better accumulated ratings than LaMarcus already.

Basically traded away LaMarcus, the last pick of the draft and a late first next year, plus 75 cash for Thad. I don't think its lopsided. Wink
