Ok, so I'm bored and trying to generate discussion. I figured with the draft rolling in soon (hopefully Wink ) I would start a draft discussion.  Here's the list of former #1 picks.  Pick out who you think is the biggest #1 pick bust and why.

2030 Trailblazers Andrea Bargnani PF
2029 Wizards Chris Paul PG
2028 Heat Anfernee Hardaway SG
2027 Hawks Lionel Simmons SF
2026 Warriors Shawn Kemp PF
2025 Nets Danny Manning SF
2024 Cavs David Robinson C
2023 Rockets Roy Tarpley PF
2022 Cavs Patrick Ewing C
2021 Trailblazers Hakeem Olajuwon C
2020 Hornets Ralph Sampson C
2019 Hornets Dominique Wilkins SF
2018 Kings Isiah Thomas PG
2017 Nuggets Kelvin Ransey PG
2016 Kings Earvin Johnson PG
2015 Bucks Bailey Tobey C
2014 Lakers Don Laporte PF
2013 Lakers Jose Siegel C
2012 76ers John Tyler PF
2011 Wizards Edgar Barner C
2010 Nuggets Antone Berkowitz PF
2009 Cavs Vince Keogan SG
2008 Timberwolves Patrick Gatling SG
2007 Supersonics Nicklaus English PG
2006 Hawks Tanner Houbregs C

I'll start, I would have to say my biggest bust is Jose Siegel.  Jose has had a decent career, but never lived up to the #1 pick hype.  He was around a double double player his whole career, but was never a game changer that the Lakers were hoping for with the first pick.  Other runner ups were Tanner Houbregs, my first #1 who was thought to be the best big man to ever walk the earth and turned out to be mediocre.  Let's hear who you think should top this list!!

Edgar Barner, He was highly touted and I beleive the second guy from our college drafts. After his first season, he really dropped off in production, and was soon there after out of the league. Also Tanner is probally the biggest bust, even more than Siegel. Tanner had so much hype, that season the winner of the top pick was the winner of the "Tanner Houbregs Sweepstakes". He was everyones consensus #1 pick. thats what makes him the biggest bust.

Yeah Houbregs on his own wasn't the biggest bust ever, but he's the Sam Bowie of SSBA, making it 100x worse.

Very average
