I wonder how much fatigue becomes a factor as the season gets older.

also this sim Tanner had an 8 block game which was encouraging, and I noticed he goes to the foul line a lot, he shoots around 67% which isn't too bad either

The fatigue thing is an interesting thought... Should come into account during back to backs too, but this sim has teams with 8 games in a row, so the affect would be huge... Just noticed this.. In his first game in a Warriors uniform, Vince Carter tied the Warriors record for points in a game with 33... I can't tell if it great that he did that so soon, or if it was pathetic that my team high in points was 33 points...

I wonder how much fatigue becomes a factor as the season gets older. I honestly don't think it is a factor at all. I haven't done any statistical analysis, but just eyeballing, it seems like back-to-back-to-back games don't hurt performance... Last season I had about a 7 man rotation, and I didn't notice any slowdown at all. But, like I said, I didn't crunch any #s.

Yeah, it doesn't really matter at all, IMO. I play 27 games in 30 days ro something crazy like that. Those last 10 games, I should be scoring about 10 ppg and giving up 200. But I won't be.

Nets- given the option again, would you have traded Boozer or Okafor?

Nets- given the option again, would you have traded Boozer or Okafor? Erm....It's a no-brainer IMO. I think 28 teams in the league would take Okafor over Boozer. For one, Okafor can play C or PF. Not many great C's around. For 2, defense. He far outclasses Boozer defensively. He's getting more boards. And he's already shown, last year, that he can put up offensive #'s similar to Boozer when he's the #1 option. IMO Okafor will be a 25/13 guy with first team all defense when all is said and done. Easily. A- inside, A defense, A- rebounding from the Center spot.

Even further, I still would have traded Boozer for Daniels and the #3 pick, and still would have traded the #3 pick for Dalembert (Ferry would have never gotten the shots to put up those #'s with Pettit and Okafor here). My only regret is not getting something along with Dalembert, but I was in a rush and just wanted to make sure I got Dalembert.
The question is, would you have traded Daniels and Ferry for Boozer?

not doing "so bad"? I have the 3rd best record in the league, heh. 3 more wins and I'll have more than I had last year. I wouldn't say I'm doing so bad at all.

The question is, would you have traded Daniels and Ferry for Boozer? The question really just stems from you harping about Emeka's lack of offense, and terrible shooting percentage. Boozer is shooting 38%. Would I still have traded Ferry and Daniels for Boozer? Yes. No question. For one, if I had 3rd pick I would have taken Griffin over Ferry, which might or might not have been a mistake. Ferry's stats are inflated because of the team he plays for, IMO. He's a clear cut first option on that team. Plus, I now have Cassell, who is better than Daniels IMO. Cassell cannot be an option for me because I score inside, and he doesn't . It's going to be very interesting to see the development of Ellis next TC. He HAS to have a good TC. I need that Handling to shoot up, and I'd also like to see the Defense rise too. I'm still happy with that pick. Boozer, IMO, has potential to be amazing. Already with A- inside and rebounding, it's safe to assume the defense could also get to A-, and any one of those could get to A.

Inflated??? how many other C's in the League have offensive ratings of A-, C??? What your basically saying is that everyone averaging high ppg are inflated because thats the way their teams are built??? What would his stats be with a "Real" team??? I just think with his ratings, his averages are about right... Also, his FT% helps a little too... How many centers shoot over 80% from the line, plus he gets to the line alot... OK, I'm done venting for the night... I just completely, completely disagree with your thoughts on him and my team... But hey, I could be all wrong about the intentions of your post... sorry if i'm wrong...

So Ferry probably gets a touch every time down the court. Some other teams have another player who also commands touches. It's not a bad thing or a knock on you. It's actually a perfect fit for your team. Ferry wouldn't average 26 pts in 30 mins for my team. But he is for you, so more power to you.
