Ran preseason 2 through the all star game.  Next up regular season on New Year's day.

I hope everyone is having a great holiday season.

Thanks, Spurs for doing this up.

Tried a few different things this sim. A few nice confirmations, a nice surprise, and evidence that the Nets remain infected by the league-wide viral turnover plague that is worse than the small pox epidemic.

First off, thanks to Spurs for the bonus sim.

There was a LOT of inconsistency from my team this sim. There were nights when we beat teams up with 20 plus points then the next night we lose to lower echelon teams my double digits.

Another thing is that I can't really understand Karl Malone. He was dropping 22ppg and 9rpg during preseasons 1. I can't say that his numbers where inflated back then because both Drazen and Rod where scoring 20 or close to 20 ppg at that point. But when I inserted Jamal Mashburn in the line-up he became passive and scores a lot less than what he was scoring during the preseasons.

Drazen Petrovic is really scorching it up, especially on his shooting percentages. The Sixers management has been waiting for quite a while for this dude to break out. And this season might finally be his break out year.

Chuck Murray was quite disappointing. I think I'm going to bench him in favor of Herb Williams in the season opener. This move might help my defense a bit.

Overall, I'm not that satisfied YET with my team's performance. But I think with a little bit more of tweaking and maybe a trade or two, I might get this team play at a very high level.
