btw, I think MagicGM is running an automatic approval agent, fully Java based. so whenever "Magic" comes up in a trade topic, it'll automatically reply "I am MagicGM and I approve this deal." can't wait till the hornets recognise it and immediately post "Dell Curry for KJ" ...  |

as i stated in part 1, since both parts doesn't work the original deal will have to be done.
as for the workaround, the rules say a player can't be traded back to his original team until 60 days have passed. If you don't like then we should change the rule, no problem with that. But I don't think I did violate a rule here ... or stretch an unwritten rule to the limits as in earlier seasons.

i know that it is allowed. i might be now in the same situation like stern was with the dallas - nets deal  normally the 60 days rule should be enough to prevent such kind of deals. it was just my opinion. |

i don't like it either, and I would like to see player exchanges like that prohibited in one season. but you know, my stakeholders care about money, income, sales, and sometimes force me to go out of my own way sometimes (just to keep my job ...)  |

Joe D was signed on day 181 and is thus ineligible to be traded now in deal 1 (and waiting till day 41 it would make this deal impossible who'd have to wait till day 101)
