Well, I think B- inside also takes into account driving ability and ability to finish inside.  To stop that, a defending pg doesn't need good low post defense, but good drive defense.

kinda like ai.  I don't think he and telfair are posting people up.

True...  But most points, I think have a difficult matchup with that.  The only thing that makes Baron Davis effective scoring is his B inside.  Same with Telfair.  I think your standard point has a difficult time guarding that ability.  Noticed this when Hinrich had to face Luisetti vs the Kings.  I knew he would have trouble with a player with a good inside (from history) and he sure did...

Bad news for the legaue. I think the new BlazersGM is one of my relatives  Razz .

But he's pretty calm guy. So don't worry.

Hah...  He never could jump anyway (evidenced by his terrible shotblocking)...  But you will never be able to get near the paint, when the Brazilian Blubber Boy is on the court Wink

Speaking of sprained ankles, I just got mine bad today.  For a few minutes I was really worried because I don't have insurance right now, so a broken ankle would be bad.  But I was able to put weight on it, thank god. But it's ballooned to look like a friggin basketball right now.

*note to self*, don't try to run down your stairs while reading again.

Nothing important.  I don't even remember what I was reading.  Just something that caught my attention as I was heading out the door.

Kinda sad.  I played high school football for 4 years.  Never sprained an ankle.  I've been playing basketball and baseball, at various levels, for the past 18 years.  I've biked, atv's, roller hockey, ice skated.  Never a sprained ankle.

going down stairs?  That's what gets me.

Quick technique that will tell a break...  Squeeze the sides of either your knee or your lower leg with some force...  If you feel pain, then it is definitely something to check out...

Ice, elevation, and ibuprofen...  Ahh, ibuprofen...

One of my friend has this strange, but very effective and awesome method. Something with oil and pottatoes. I says the ankle is back to normal after just 1 or 2 days. Couple of others also confirmed me that.

Ok, well that's good, didn't hurt.

Of course, I should probably try it when my ankle isn't numb from ice Wink
