$20 (ssba money) entry fee.  PM me your picks (all four round of them).

Prize: Pool money will be split 70% winner, 20% 2nd place, 10% 3rd place.  If you got every picks right, you will get $100 bonus from me Thumbs Up

Here's the point system:
First round: 3 points
Second round: 5 points
Semi-Finals: 7 points
Finals: 10 points
Tie breaker: combine score of both teams in the final game

East bracket:
#1 seed New Orleans Hornets
vs
#8 seed Toronto Raptors

#2 seed New Jersey Nets
vs
#7 seed Philadelphia 76ers

#3 seed Indiana Pacers
vs
#6 seed New York Knicks

#4 seed Cleveland Cavs
vs
#5 seed Boston Celtics

West bracket:
#1 seed New Denver Nuggets
vs
#8 seed Portland Trailblazers

#2 seed Golden State Warriors
vs
#7 seed Los Angeles Lakers

#3 seed San Antonio Spurs
vs
#6 seed Los Angeles Clippers

#4 seed Phoenix Suns
vs
#5 seed Dallas Mavericks

Here's the money award for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place.  Even though the Celtics finished in 3rd place, they still have a negative balance.  I thought more teams were going to enter in the tourney pool and never figured the 3rd place team would have a negative balace.  Therefore, I will cover Celtics negative balance and add $3 each to Blazers and Cavs.

Thanks everyone for playing, hope to see all of you guys in next season's tourney pool.

I always liked the idea of 2nd place gets their money back, first takes the rest...so $20 to the 2nd place, rest of the pot for 1st

as a tiebreaker i would prefer the fist tie breaker being the number of games in the finals series, second tiebreaker being combined score in final game...just a thought.

That was what I wrote down first, but this is the first tourny pool, I want to make things less complicated.

Pick the winners of each round.  You should have eight picks for the first round, four for the second round, two for the semi, and one winner plus the total score of the final game in the finals.
