For Blackman I'd be looking for expirings and (good) picks.  I'd be willing to talk about a non-expiring if the pick looks like it has a chance to be top 15.

For Sampson I'd be looking to either combine him with Rosow for an absolute stud, or I'd be looking for a future pick that looks like it has a chance to be top 5.
