About Munson's contract..

Yeah, I know I overpaid him. But i do think that it's my only way of matching up against Bod's offer or yet GSW or the Nets, if ever they offered max money for him. And overpaying Munson is the only way I can utilize my capspace. If I didn't gave Munson that much money, I won't be able to acquire any max type FA and I also won't be able to use that much cap space next year with resigning Karl Malone.

There is a saying that if life throws you lemons, you make lemonades out of it..

Munson's contract is a pain in the ass, I honestly believe that. But I'm going to make the most out of Munson while he can still play with his B potential body.

No motivational problems here, but you gave Mags some additional juice to have a great year questionning his leadership skills. That's all  Thumbs Up Shocked Very Happy

I never questioned his leadership skills, I question his "being a good PG" skills (as in "living up to his ratings at PG")
But he made a wonderful veteran SG for you last year, surprised me positively.

And I know you're not done yet ... but I also know who's left and that's not too much anymore, mostly the MLE range guys when you have 9 mill left ... just let me say it once more: YOU DID A PERFECT GM JOB HERE !!!
Cool

B potential? B POTENTIAL ???

Munson is 32. He doesn't have true potential left. He's probably less likely to improve than the Heat Cann who has F (scouted) pot. When you finished your 6th or 7th season then all improvements/delines are purely random, and not based on pot anymore.
