this is a heavy price to get max cap space. if you can?t sign anyone of the stars you traded a decent player and a high lotto for nothing.

well in fact the Hawks have 2 chances, this and next season, so sign a premiere free agent.
and when you're that close cap wise it would be stupid NOT to try it ...


for me this is pretty much $120 for Clark and $300 for a future 1st in a weak draft.
not bad ... but I hardly have assured a title here ...

letover from the exception. Shirley is a 465k player in the 2nd year of his 2nd rounder contract.

Christian Clark stinks....he's always had the ratings, and never scored more than a couple points a game.

I had him for a few years, and he was just frustration after frustration.

The potential is there, and if he doesn't pan out he won't get a nice contract next season.
