Nice, stole that playoff spot back from Tom with a 6-3 sim. A handful of small injuries but nothing that should greatly impact the first round. Which is nice, since IF we hold of the Celtics, we are for sure playing a 55+ win team.

Very encouraging 6-3 sim. All 3 losses were on the road and by 6 points or less to playoff teams. Crawford at starting PG was way better than Wallace

I think I might rest my starters next sim. It appears I am guaranteed a playoff spot no matter what, and have zero hope for home court. To me it doesnt really matter who we play, I just want to be healthy.

bad sim offensively, the slow pace does only fit everyone, and we slipped a game behind the Raptors.
since two of the remaining four are against the Pacers we need a little miracle to stay in contention.

Also, my starting SG went down for half of next sim too (bad, considering I just traded away my backup SG, not half as bad since his replacement scored 39 in a losing cause, and almost good compared to the Raptors, who lost their starting PG, backup PG and starting SG at the same time, carrying over to next sim.

Speaking of the Raptors, congratulations on earning that 8th seed. I mean beating the Hornets, Bucks, and Cavs on the road in one sim speaks for itself. Once again, I bow my head ... and plan for next season already.
 Cheers

you might lose the first two without any backcourt, but then you play the Hawks twice at home as well as the Knicks. Two more lotto teams end your season, so the max you can lose are 3 games and the max i can win are two ... case closed.

And as I said, well earned.

And I guess my constant critizism was positiv after all, as you peak at the perfect time. This sim you finally got that masterful performance from your team I was waiting for all season ...

4-1, all 5 games against playoff teams, 3 of 'em without Evan Rosow (2-1), and 3 of 'em on the road (2-1).  Haven't had a chance to look too deep, but Pressley played very well while starting (17 ppg, 10.7 rpg, 2.3 apg, 1.3 spg from SG).  Those rebounding numbers are incredible from a wing player.  I love my bench right now, with Thurmond, Pressley, and Tornopsky being very good bench players, as well as having Pettit and Artest available should an injury come up.  the big problem is if one of my 3 main big men get injured (Sampson, Munson, Thurmond) go down, I'm screwed.  That can be easily fixed in the postseason (as I'm just looking for a 4th big), but it's a definite risk for the last sim and playoffs.

5-2 sim...looks like life without Schmaltz won't be too painful.  Thanks to a major stumble by the Mavs I have a shot at the top seed in the west.  But they have only 4 games left with 3 vs lottery.  Whereas I have 7 games left with 3 against teams fighting for playoff positioning.  A shot at the top seed...but a long one.

Otherwise it looks like I am locked in as the 3 seed with my first round opponent up in the air.

Barkley and Woodson continue to be one of the top wing combos.  Both scoring over 20 ppg and Barkley snatching 11 boards.  Mitchell deserves serious consideration for 6th man.  And Laporte would be among the leaders in rebounding except for missing so many games.  Considering the fact that Jerod White is the only player on my roster to play in every game I am happy with the results this season.

7-3 sim is pretty "par for the course" for this year, with the usual seeming pair of losses I wouldn't really expect. Not a big deal anyway: being two back of the Pacers in the L column, with 5 of 6 on the road coming up, and with their sched sounding relatively soft, I think it's time to put it on cruise control.

I don't think I've ever hit 60 wins in a season, so that would have been nice - but I'm not going to push it.

Safer bet to rest my regulars down the stretch with little to no chance of catching the Pacers and no chance of losing the 2nd playoff seed. Gives me a chance to try some different guys in some different roles, which could prove kinda useful.

Another 6-1 sim for the Rockets!

9-1 in our last 10 games means we are the hottest team in the League going into the playoffs. Homecourt is still a possiblity and we are clinging on to that 4th seed by our fingernails.

This season has been a real turn around, hopefully we are starting to turn the corner as a ball club...

Now Rodman got out, good thing is Kersey and him we'll be ready for PO's, bad thing is lack of depth there, it'll surrelly cost us next sim, but hopefully we can make at least some 50-50 sim record next time and keep #2.

....it'll be interesting, we just had 8 healthy players on our roster after Rodman, Clement and co. went down, and had a losing sim, Hakeem earned POTW after scoring his career high 55 pts against Wolves, ill have lots of work now to make a "decent" team for the upcoming sim with all our problems.

i cannot wait until this season ends...

I think I finally have some pieces to build around, plus some cap room to use.  Dampier, LaFrentz, Thompson and Lambier are a quality four.  Tripuka would be a good piece coming back if he resigns.  But this team really needs to improve.

Hey PacersGM, Why didn't Sidney Green played for my team in Sim 11? I clearly have him as my at the starting SF position and he is also an scoring option.

Decent sim for the Warriors...

Well, Vern was great this sim, with 26 ppg, 6 rpg on great (55% and 66%) shooting percentages.
McCray played well at SF, with 13 ppg and 7.6 rpg, and actually shot 46% (which has been rare this yesr)
Lester Connor also did well, with 13 ppg, 8.6 apg, 4.0 rpg, 2.1 spg, and 2.1 topg, on 46% and 39% shooting.

Really have to work on improving my team defense, and filling a couple of positions for the future.
Right now, pleased with my young players performance...
