Celtics reached two (in fact three) milestones this sim.

At 21-20 we finished the first half of the season with a winning record (though it seems like we've completed our schedule with every bad team in the league).
At $87.06 mill salary total we quietly moved below the hard cap again.
(and with another early sim - can'T get used to Monday 7am - and no posted DC we will have the first season with no perfect attendance in a long time. stupid tom ...)

Due to the missing DC my lineup was strange, new addition Robinson playing backup PG to Tornopsky (urgh), Shaw still starting SG (yikes) and Moncrief unfortunately still starting SF (where he simply is less efficient, even though he held LaFrentz in check), as well as Cliff starting C (double yikes).

Consequently we lost all 4 road games (inluding Hawks and Magic, triple yikes) and won all 3 home dates (Heat most noteable)

Some observation: How bad does Orlando Woolridge suck?

The Kings were on a 2-game road win streak (Mavs, Lakers) when he was out, and once he returned they immediately went 1-4 again, losing to Bulls, Grizzlies and Jazz at home. For whatever reason - I can't find a single logical explanation - Orlando DID go to the AllStar game, was part of a western team losing by 39, and his opposing SF scored 33/7 on 14-17 shooting.

This guy is a cancer, believe me !!!

1-2 sim which is a nice break after playing 25 games in the past 3 sims.  Lost to the Pacers & Nuggets; beat the Lakers.  About what I expected.

Down to 2 1/2 sims before I have a full lineup.  Hopefully no one else will go down with injury.

Nice sim for the Cavs, after losing to the Wizards we won five straight. This was all without Demler at PG, but Najera played very well as the starter. And Robinson's amazig play just doesn't stop, winning himself player of the month award. Person and Robinson were top scorers at the all-star game. Person played out of his mind going 14-17 for 33 points.

Switching to the balanced offense surely had positive results. We won our first 6 games before losing our final one in a heavy inter-divisional schedule. Won at home vs Philly and Minny, before going on the road to take games from the Grizz, Mavs and Rockets. Returned home to beat the Spurs but then lost to the Hawks as everyone was looking forward to All Star Weekend. We were well represented there: Collins was in the 3pt shootout and Dunk Contest, and we had 4 (FOUR!) in the big game: Collins, Magic, Evans, Borgmann - speaks to the weakness of the West I guess, but Borgmann did get 7 blocks in 23min.

Stats from this sim:

C: Tyler - 9.0/11.1/1.7/0.6/1.9
PF: Borgmann - 13.3/9.4/0.6/2.0/2.9
SF: Collins - 25.9/6.0/2.6/1.0/3.0to
SG: Magic - 25.0/6.6/4.9/2.0/2.6to
PG: Evans - 18.7/4.7/11.6/3.0/2.7to
key sub: Macauley - 5.9/9.1
