great sim for the pacers. only lost to the wolves and lost butler for the rest of the sim. mccracken was a more than solid replacement with a 17ass game and a 23pt 10ass game. Rogers had to play the backup PG and he was simply amazing. for a C+ guy he had in 5 games as a PG backup only 1 TO and 12 assists he might have found his future postion on my team.

Again no idea what to make of this team.
3-2 sim playing ugly competition (apart from Pacers, who blew the Celtics out of the gym) Still managed to lose to the Hawks, somehow.
have to look at how the new players did ...

Another good sim. Close losses to Mavs, Jazz(again, this time by 4, last by 2), and Grizz by 3.
4 easy wins against Lakers, Magic, Warriors and Clippers.
What i like especially is that im seeing Zeke lowering his TOs from sim to sim, offense is clicking, but its still evident that we lack 1 guy to help us up front as a backup for Akeem and Dennis.
And eventually his improvements from sim to sim earned Zeke POTW award.

Woot. Natt is coming in on the heals of a 4:1 sim (for players who have not been a big part of our record), so I'm sure he'll be quite the boost. Happy to have the weekend to figure out the lineup.

Light sim breaking in the new lineup, went 2-2 which I guess is better than a losing record.
Tried an outside focus, and some of the players' shooting percentages were way down so I am going back to balanced.
Tyler: 8.8/12.5/2.8/1.0/3.3 Borgmann: 10.0/7.8/0.8/1.3/3.0 Collins: 21.0/7.3/2.3/1.5/2.0to Magic: 28.3/8.3/5.0/4.5to Evans: 21.8/4.5/13.0/4.0to
Weird stats: after always being good steals guys, Magic and Evans combined to average 0.8 per game this sim, with Evans not getting a single steal...

Tyler at outside is definitely not his strength, and he doesn't mind being focus as well ...

3-4 sim. God, I miss Laporte...only 34 more days. In a virtual tie with the Mavs for tops in the division and west. And lost to them by 2 points on my court.
Mixed results in this sim as besides Mavs I played bubble teams (2-1) and lottery teams (1-2). Rebounding and defense have slipped with Laporte injured. Just have to hope to stay in the top 4 in the west until he comes back and make my playoff push in the final couple sims.

Got off to such a great start. Actually played the Raptors in the first game after the trade and beat them by 17, and went on to win 4 more straight. But it went downhill from there. In the next game, Robinson fouled out in only 15 minutes, and we lost to the spurs by 30. Then in the next game, Demler, who has actually been playing very well this season, gets injured. So we lost 3 straight. But I think these new look Cavs have a chance to do well.

blech.
I do take some comfort in the fact that I'm tied for the fewest home games played and I've gone 10-1 at home...

Well the new-look Raptors tried something a little different this sim with slowing the pace right down, and we didn't have the best success. 3-4 sim but I doubt I'll try slow again, it just killed any semblance of offence, and I have some real good scorers.
Scored only 88.1ppg while holding opp to 90.7. Very excitied to be able to play that level of defence, and if we can get the offense straightened out I think we have a real, real good young team here.
KWill @ C - 14.4ppg, 8.9rpg, 0.3bpg
--No good, I know his rebounding will be lower now that Ewing is on the team but if you are 7 foot and playing C with a A- rebounding rating you should have more than 8.9 any day. Those blocks are way too low as well. May have to play KWill at SF next sim and move Ewing to C.
Buck @ PF - 20ppg, 13.4rpg, 1.6bpg
--These numbers include a 2pt, 4reb game. Obviously Buck loves the slower pace and the secondary scoring option. Hopefully he will continue those numbers at normal pace.
Ewing @ SF - 21.4ppg, 10.6rpg, 1.7spg, 2.4bpg
--Wow. Ewing can def play SF. These are pretty amazing all around numbers. And very consistent as well.
Wiggy @ SG - 6.4ppg, 8.1rpg, 1.6apg, 2.7spg
--I'll take those numbers. I'm really only concerened about rebounding and steals from him, and of course holding down his man. I truely believe I have a good enough team that if Wiggy and Kersey can hold their counterparts to season average numbers I will be winning most games.
Kersey @ PG - 7.3ppg, 4.6rpg, 9apg, 3.3topg
--Apparently asking Kersey to play a slower pace is like asking Derrick Coleman to lead the fast break.
Salley off the bench - 8.9ppg, 6.6rpg, 2.4bpg
--Niiiiice
