well, the fact that the raptors haven't agreed on this thread yet, I don't think this should go through. I don't know what to say.. I'm not doubting your credibility here. but if we let this go through.. then.. I don't think we have consistency with the rules. IMO. Some deals in the past were not processed before the sim because the other team wasn't able to post I agree" on-time.
not unless he said that you can process it right away and that he can't post his agreement on time. which obviously we won't know if it happened or not.
Trades agreed to via PM and copied to the commish by both parties are fine, and always have been iirc.
