I went with a big lineup and it works for three quarters. Lol 2  Wootten with another 20/20 game in the playoffs.  Warriors just too much deep and fire power for us to handle but we should at least win a game, no excuse for that. Bash  Good luck rest of the way. Cheers

Thanks Mavs...   Cheers

Ouch, my 3rd point guard is out for the rest of the playoffs...
Looks like my 34 year old 6'8" 233lb SF will be playing some PG...  Bounce

I haven't had much time...

I played the Nuggets well during the regular season and was surprised to go down 0-3.  His backcourt is a killer but I usually offset that with rebounding and turnovers.

I made major changes in my lineup and won games 4 & 5 before dropping game 6.  And the key in game 6 was turnovers...I had twice as many as he did.  I inserted Vranes to put defensive pressure on Magic at the SG spot which seemed to work somewhat.  I also attacked at the SF & PF positions as I felt this was the Nuggets' defensive weakness.  I am glad that my guys could make a series of it instead of rolling over after falling into the 0-3 hole.

Congrats Nuggets.

Thanks Spurs. Good GM/Coaching skills shown with your DC edit, gave me a scare winning games 4 and 5, and I squeeked out game 6 by 6 points.

I think the difference in the series was Borgmann stepping up defensively and on the glass. I know what I will get out of my backcourt and Collins, but I never know about my bigs, and he was huge (as the stats will show). Collins was kept in check, as was Magic, but Evans took over offensively, doing less distributing and more scoring.

Stats from round 2

C: Kleine - 5.8/7.0/1.2/2.0/1.7
PF: Borgmann - 13.2/10.8/1.3/2.3/4.3 - rediculous defensive numbers, he also shot 51%
SF: Collins - 18.5/3.0/2.8/45.7%
SG: Magic - 17.8/5.3/5.5/1.5/40.8%
PG: Evans - 26.3/5.0/7.0/2.2/52.5%

subs
Zollner - 10.0/6.5/0.3/1.3/2.3
Fuqua - 7.7/5.0
OKoren - 5.2/4.2/1.7/0.8

Look forward to the Warriors who should pose a great challenge. Collins vs George Johnson - the two meet after being traded for one another. Interesting side story.

YEA !!!

Thank god bods prevailed. Now I feel a LOT better, knowing my loss did at least come for a reason. (and that's not beating on the poor Hornets, that was a great great series, but Samspon's on a mission, apparently)

And boy I can't wait to see Dwight and Newcomb (i mean how often in your life can you meet an opponent like Kent at C. That's like a jackpot) against real competition. expect Munson/Ralph to give Dwight a great run ... and the Pistons offense prevailing.

In the West, Nuggets, Nuggets, Nuggets.

Congrats to every team in the CF, especially Nuggets. Awesome job over the last few seasons.
 Cheers

I was just as surprised to see Kent there, considering I had Brand/Mehta/Kent at the C rotation.

brand had 4 fouls in that game. mehta is your starting Pf and Kent is backup at PF to mehta. Of course he will play many mins.
