Well that's a bad move IMO; I mean, they will be over the cap forever basically, I don't see how having Hughes at the max hurts them.

Thanks.  I was worried when he did not sign a contract on the 1st day.  

That B+ outside and A- defense make him a perfect role player for me, and he is only 22 years old.  Signing him to long term contract is OK, since I will never be under the cap again... lol
