Meh....there should only be a rare few reasons why a 5-3 sim is utterly disappointing...and I'm experiencing all of them.

Don't think I can get to fourth or top of the Atlantic, so might as well mix things up abit to see what I can learn.

4-3 may not sound great, but since my leading rebounder was gone till day 86 and my leading scorer was gone from day 85 I'm in fact pretty happy.

Lost to the Hawks blowing a 15pt 4th quarter lead, and to Hornets & Lakers. But winning at the Warriors (21-6 at home) is something making me proud, and also beat the lesser competition (Nuggets, Sonics, Blazers).

Two more days without Wedge, but hopefully I get back a fully recovered team once the big games vs. Heat and Pacers come around next sim.

What the heck has happened to this team?? A 2-5 sim? Sure, all 5 losses came on the road, but good teams have to be able to get a couple of those, and I thought my team was better than that. A sim or two ago I was a half game out of the division, now I am all the way back in fifth (though still only 3 games out). Very discouraging, could have really used a good sim to help my insomnia today.

Though I like Lavar's rebounding and shot blocking, he consistently shoots under 30% (and fires up 11 attempts per game as a non option) so he is headed back to the bench.

If my math is right i needed 4 OT to win at home against hornets. not a good sign but a game i would like to see. Good 3 point shooting and more free throws helped me out.
shultz and macy had a world class matchup imo.
new team records for rebounds by howard, new team record in team rebounds with 73, in steals with 24 and 3pointers made all in one game Laughing

well, since the Hornets PT sums up to 340 minutes, and your Pacers played 341, it's no wonder you managed to score 8 more points.

With the 5 second rule - that doesn't even count against the playing time - you gain possession right away after scoring, so that's at least 10 more possessions in that minute. And even assuming that LBJ missed every 2nd shot, you still got an extra 10 to 15 points.

Just how did you get that through with the refs ... ?

Amazing how a washed-up guy like LeBron gets his act together for such a game and manages to play 55 minutes.

Also funny how the league's oldest starting lineup (34yrs avg, nearly +4 to anyone else) has missed 6 man games so far this season, the fewest of any contender. Not good, not good at all ...

great sim for the Hawks, George Johnson playing his last game for me had 32/15.  With my 7 game lead on the Knicks for the 8 spot, I might just be able to make it into the playoffs without George.  Shabinger continures to play great and Bill Laimbeer really stepped up.  The biggest disappointment for me this sim was the Grizzlies having a monster sim, I was hoping their pick would stay lottery.

after 63 games i wouldn't call that bad Laughing.
in fact in almost 15 seasons all of my teams where pretty healthy. I remember only 1 season where the injury bug really hurt me.
none of my current guys are considered injury prone. In fact most of them never missed more than a handful of games before. with a slow pace and if i can keep my main guys under 35 mins PT i really hope to avoid serious injuries.

Ugh. Disaster strikes in Raptorland. Tried some new things. Went 2-6 at the same time the Sonics go 4-2. Yikes.

Put Mike at SF, Buck back to PF and tried a Normal pace with other normal settings. Yuck. Scored 94.4ppg whilst giving up 98.2.

Swift @ C = 9.6ppg, 8rpg, 1.5bpg

Buck @ PF = 17.3ppg, 11.1rpg, 1bpg

Mike @ SF = 24.5ppg, 10.3rpg, 1spg

Schader @ SG = 8.8ppg, 2.4rpg, 3.6apg, 2.1spg

Ransey @ PG = 19.8ppg, 6.3rpg, 9.1apg, 1.8spg

Ransey and Mike were incredible...gonna need to give Mike another sim at SF to see if the 25/10 will continue.

6-2 for me. Lost by 5 to the Pistons and in the quadruple overtime thriller to the Pacers.  Surprised

Still an outside shot at a playoff spot ... We're going to need some help down the final stretch

Well, a very pleasant 4-1 sim.
The loss was to the Celtics, where Mad Max took his revenge upon his old squad, taking the player of the game honors...  He was cheered by the crowd at the Oakland Arena, he was quite popular...

Moderately happy with Conner's performance...
He has the opposite game of Barton, so he is a interesting change of pace point guard for me.

Now the Warriors have a commanding lead in the Pacific, and a 2.5 game lead in the Western Conference...  And in the 30 days left, the Warriors have 26 games...  Yikes...
