In the East Pistons are still unbeaten at home. Nets, Pacers and Pistons are leading. Magic, Celtics are struggeling.
In the West Warriors could seperate them a little bit from the spurs but west is really balanced after the warriors.

Woot. 9-1 sim, including a 50pt thrashing of the Wiz and 8 players in double digit scoring. 12+ppg differential. Not a tough schedule here, but it was clearly plenty busy and without our main back up big, I'm very pleased. I see Milner's value more and more - I think he is making everyone hum, and I almost literally mean everyone.
My "sim stars" all appear to be aligned. Celts are losing plenty too and I'm experiencing almost a parallel season to this one in RBSL Thumbs Up
....though I fear I might have just jinxed myself  Bash

2-5 sim.

Thats right.  I won 2 games.  Its a miracle.

Max Marshall is quickly becoming my least favourite player ever.  In real life or on a sim league.  Apparently he can shoot but I think the most he's scored in a game is about 8.  Twat.

Keep in mind he is scoring a career high this year. I'm not sure I'd look at a 37 year old vet and expect him to do something substantially different than he's done in the past.

Another +.500 sim (4-3) including a win vs the 18-3 Warriors. My team is now 12-9 and 8-2 at home. My guess is my play at home is what is keeping us with a respectable record - if anyone else has any ideas on why we are winning, feel free to let me know and maybe I can implement some magic in some other leagues too lol. But we are giving up the least amount of ppg in the league, only allowing 92.

Tried a different lineup this time, a big one, and here is how hit fared statistically:

C - Robertson (non option)
29min, 19.4pts, 6.6reb, 0.9ast, 1.4stl, 0.1blk, 48.7%fg

PF - Borgmann (1st option)
28.9min, 15.6pts, 10.0reb, 1.7ast, 0.9stl, 1.6blk, 46.4%fg

SF - Williams (2nd option)
39.0min, 22.2pts, 11.7reb, 1.2ast, 1.7stl, 0.5blk, 46.1%fg

SG - Vaught (non option)
31.1min, 6.9pts, 3.3reb, 2.7ast, 2.0stl, 1.1blk, 43.1%fg - I think he starts my defensive play

PG - Snow (non option)
35.0min, 6.6pts, 4.0reb, 11.1ast, 2.1stl, 0.6blk, 45.7%fg, 3.1to

6th man - Green (3rd option)
34.7min, 14.0pts, 11.1reb, 1.7ast, 1.3stl, 1.6blk, 37%fg - great line, clearly more comfortable coming off the bench

Very nice sim from the Warriors...

Tyson Thurmond is getting back to shotblocking form.  I was worried that he had lost alot in TC, but he went from 1 bpg from sims 1&2 to 2.4 bpg this sim.  Had an odd double double this sim...  11 rebounds, and 10 blocks  Shocked

Dylan Pettit has been a great MLE addition to the team.
He is pulling down 10.3 rpg in only 27 mpg, making me very happy with my big man rotation of Thurmond, Hubbard, and Petit.

Blazers are probably regretting that Macy trade right now...  He and Hakeem make a very nice combo...

2-4 sim...my early analysis is that my early home heavy schedule caught up to me with 3 losses on the road.  Also 3 losses to playoff teams as my early schedule was heavy towards the lottery teams.  Also lost to the Wolves???  I guess losing my backup point guard in sim 2 screwed up the chemistry of my team.

Hmmm. Not good, not good at all... 4-4 sim, with a couple of painful home losses to the Hawks, who are now on my back. Clearly the cream has risen in the East (Pacers, Pistons, Nets), and now I'm going to have to fight for that last homecourt spot with the rest of the playoff teams.

I am very happy with my sim.  I lost to the Raptors and Blazers, but I beat the 76ers twice and took two from the Hornets.  Mike Evans gave Stockton a rude welcoming to the league, 25 and 12 the first game and 28 and 17 the second.  Stockton will be good, but I'm hoping this season he isn't quite what he will be.  We are looking good right now, Shabby is playing the best ball of his career and to think  I contemplated trading him for nothing this off-season.  James Bailey is holding down the interior defensively, now when Tim Adams comes, he might just have to play his minutes off the bench.

Look at the teams I've beaten.  I have like 2 quality wins all year.  I'd be absolutely shocked if I'm more than a 6th seed at years end.

I'd bet 100 sim bucks that you'll be better than a 6th seed. In any event, we have day 47 circled on our calendar  Smile

I sure hope I am counted as one of those quality wins.  Although we each have held homecourt...and won't meet again unless there is a Pistons-Spurs finals.  Which I am OK with.   Thumbs Up
